Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that order processing may take slightly longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.

Shipping Costs

We aim to offer fair and transparent rates, with Free EU shipping on all orders over €75. Shipping costs for orders below €75 are calculated at checkout.
