At Skinmoods we aim to deliver your order as swiftly and reliably as possible — so your skin routine can start sooner.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Free EU shipping on orders over €75.
  • Estimated delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium: 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • For other European countries: 4–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs depend on weight and destination and are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Email us at [info@skinmoods.eu] within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We will send you a return authorisation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back unused, unopened and in original condition within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days — including the original standard shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  2. We will review and send return authorisation if eligible.
  3. Ship back with tracking. Refund processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed contact us so we can track and assist with claims.
  • To cancel before shipment email us immediately — once in transit we cannot guarantee cancellation.
  • Free EU shipping applies to orders over €75 to EU destinations.
